Monday morning we woke up ready to go and excited for a beautiful sunny day! We drove up to Grand Portage and went in the visitor center at the National Monument. Unfortunately the monument was not open for the season yet.

After stopping at Grand Portage to get gas we ventured to Partridge Falls! There was a book at the hostel of waterfalls in Minnesota and we saw it in there and thought it would be fun to check out.

| We started off on Mineral Center Road, which then turned to dirt...I'll just say that it was a long dirt road to get to this parking lot haha... |

After we left Partidge Falls we continued up to Grand Portage State Park which is right along the Canadian Border.

After we left High Falls we crossed the border in to Canada and stopped
at the Middle Falls right along side the road. It would have been a 3.5 mile
hike if we had went to it from where we were in the state park.
