Thunder Bay Canada

We spent 2 nights in Thunder Bay exploring the town and area.  We went to quite a few cute little shops and stores, and also went to some parks and areas by the water.

A Swedish store that sold Lutefisk
There is an Amethyst Mine in Thunder Bay

This little coffee shop was so cute!

The "Real Canadian Superstore" was kind of like a Walmart - only way  bigger and more selection! It was pretty interesting haha.

This was such a cool and unusual store

These are all glass bottles of different types of unusual pop!

The Bulk Zone store had foods from all over the world!

Driving out to Mission Island Park

What you see in the distance is Sleeping Giant Provincial park.

Still some ice!

At this park - "Spirit Garden" , there were a lot of Native American influences in the architecture and the plants there as well.

It was really interesting to experience a different place and see the differences and similarities between Canada and our area in Minnesota.
